Rates:
- 5/8-inch x 3/4-inch Meter:
- First 1,500 Gallons: $18.18 (Minimum Bill)
- Over 1,500 Gallons: $0.00857 per gallon
- 1-inch Meter:
- First 5,000 Gallons: $49.30 (Minimum Bill)
- Over 5,000 Gallons: $0.00857 per gallon
- 1 1/2-inch Meter:
- First 10,000 Gallons: $93.32 (Minimum Bill)
- Over 10,000 Gallons: $0.00857 per gallon
Payment Methods: Options include in-person, drive-thru, night deposit, automatic bank withdrawal, and online.
Credit Card Fees: A fee applies for credit/debit card usage.
Rates are subject to approval by the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
Non-Recurring Charges:
- Customer Deposit: $50.00 (refundable).
- Reconnect Charge: $10.00
- Service Call/Investigation: $5.00
- Meter Test Charge: $10.00
- Meter Relocation/Resetting: Actual Cost
Additional Information:
Sewer Service: For customers south of the Green River (Chalybeate, New Grove, 31-W areas), sewer is billed though Caveland Environmental Authority at $14.28 for the first 2.000 gal and $7.14 for each 1,000 gallons thereafter.
